District 3 HVAC Maintenance Servicing & Repairs, Butte & Various Counties, CA

Contractor agrees to provide on an on-call, Service Request basis, all labor, supplies, materials, tools, permits, equipment, vehicles, travel, and incidentals necessary for the troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, repair, as necessary, of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, and related refrigeration components, sheet metal, and ductwork, at various Caltrans owned properties, State Roadside Rest Areas (SRRA), Maintenance Stations (MS), and facilities to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Counties included in this contract are Butte, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba. Term is through 10/6/2024.
