DMV Materials Warehouse & Headquarters East Building (Dock) Forklift, Pallet Jacks, & Various Equipment Maintenance & Repairs Services, Sacramento, CA

The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and as-needed unscheduled repair services for various forklifts, pallet jacks, and other miscellaneous equipment identified in Exhibit F at the DMV Materials Warehouse and DMV Headquarters East Building (Dock) for the term of the Agreement. See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. The anticipated term of the agreement is 10/1/2021 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through 9/30/2023 with an option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months. Written questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on 8/17/2021. Answers will be posted by 12:00 p.m. on 8/24/2021. Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on 8/30/2021 and must be mailed. The current contractor is Fuller Forklift Service. The current contract is $69,720.00 for a 3-year term. The estimated cost for this project is $57,600.00. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
