Description
This solicitation includes two separate (2) projects which seek to enhance pedestrian safety and upgrade existing utilities on Harris Street. Each project will be awarded separately to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bidders have the option to bid on only one project or both projects. Work to commence four (4) weeks from award of contract and be completed thirty (30) weeks from work to commence date. SBE documentation required. Bonds required.
