Description
The Work includes, but is not limited to the installation of a new primary electrical service, a new water main, the demolition of the non-historic Science Museum, the construction of a landscaped buffer, a concrete fence, metal fences and gates, the renovation of the Paint Shop building and the creation of Horticulture outdoor facilities. Installation shall include: trenching, wiring, connecting new infrastructures, removing old infrastructure, removing a non-historic building, building a concrete fence, metal fences and gates, renovating a historic building and creating new horticulture facilities and misc. site improvement work.
