ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for construction of 10,640 SF Dollar General #23620, 16202 FM 362 South, Waller TX 77484 for the following trades: Excavation, Demolition, Site Utilities, Septic System, Fire Tank, Water Well, Site Fire Line, Erosion Control, Striping, Surveying, Pest Control, Lab Testing, Landscaping & Irrigation, Lime Stabilization, Hydro-mulching, Temp. Fencing, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, PEMB Fabrication, Steel Erection, Ornamental Metals, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry, FRP, Insulation, Waterproofing, Joint Sealer, Doors, Drywall, Acoustical, Sealed Concrete Flooring, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguishers, Plumbing, HVAC, Air Balance Report & Electrical.
