Description
The Virginia Community College System seeks to establish a contract with one (1) or more qualified Contractor(s) to provide Irrigation System Maintenance, Inspection, and Installation Services for Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) campus locations. NVCC currently has irrigation systems installed at five (5) campus locations: Annandale, Loudoun, Manassas, Springfield-Medical Education Campus, and Woodbridge. The Virginia Community College System reserves the right to award to multiple bidders. An optional preproposal site visit can be scheduled directly with each Campus Facility Manager, locations and contact information can be found in IFB. Contact the Campus Facility Manager to schedule a date and time for your visit. NVCC cannot answer any questions regarding this bid. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Officer.
