Description
Work consists of the restoration of a downtown parking lot which will include the removal, relocation, replacement or reconditioning of asphalt (resurfaced) , catch basins, combination concrete curb and walk, concrete curb (new islands included), drive entrance/ exit aprons, and pavement markings (painted parking stalls, etc.). The aforementioned work shall take place upon an existing parking lot between Claremont Avenue and Luther Street.
