Description
The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a professional contractor to perform site improvements. In general, work shall include, but is not limited to; clearing and grading of a wooded 12-acre site, cut-in and stone preparation of new access drives, provide sub-grade utility infrastructure; construct new wet pond BMP and VDOT entrance/exit access points, along all other specified associated site work. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, etc., to complete the project in accordance with the drawings and specifications. SWaM documentation required. Q&A due by 1pm, 9/2/21. Bonds required.
