Description
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, supervision, and incidentals required to complete the Work as shown on the Plans and specified herein. This Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Chlorine Feed System: (Insurance SOV #101) at Center East WTP (3207 Center Street). Remove and Replace Exterior Door w/Panic hardware. Remove and Replace Security Chains for Chlorine Cover. Fluoride Feed System: (Insurance SOV #102) at Center East WTP (3207 Center Street). Removal and Disposal of Diluted Chemical. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Phosphate Feed System: (Insurance SOV #104) @ Center East WTP (3207 Center Street). Removal and Disposal of Diluted Chemical. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Caustic Feed System: (Insurance SOV #108) at Center East WTP (3207 Center Street). Removal and Disposal of Diluted Chemical. Furnish and Install New Bulk Fill Line (2-Inch). Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Caustic Feed System: (Insurance SOV #103) at Center West WTP (3208 Center Street). Removal and Disposal of Diluted Chemical. Furnish and Install New Bulk Fill Line (2-Inch). Furnish and Install Day Tank w/Transfer Pump. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Phosphate Feed System: (Insurance SOV #105) at Center West WTP (3208 Center Street). Remove and Replace Fiberglass Enclosure. Re-termination of Damaged Electrical/Process Piping. Furnish and Install Duplex Metering Pump Skid. Furnish and Install Day Tank w/Transfer Pump. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Fluoride Feed System: (Insurance SOV #106) at Center West WTP (3208 Center Street). Removal and Disposal of Diluted Chemical. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Caustic Feed System: (Insurance SOV #95) at Chennault WTP (1501 W. Main Street). Furnish and Install Fiberglass Enclosure. Furnish and Install Electrical Wiring/Conduit. Furnish and Install Process Piping. Furnish and Install New Bulk Fill Line (2-Inch). Furnish and Install Duplex Metering Pump Skid. Furnish and Install Day Tank w/Transfer Pump. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Chlorine Feed System: (Insurance SOV #96) at Chennault WTP (1501 W. Main Street). Remove and Replace Exterior Door w/Panic Hardware. Remove and Replace Exterior Single-Pane Windows. Remove and Replace Security Chains for Chlorine Cover. Fluoride Feed System: (Insurance SOV #98) at Chennault WTP (1501 W. Main Street). Furnish and Install Electrical Wiring/Conduit. Furnish and Install New Bulk Fill Line (2-Inch). Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Phosphate Feed System: (Insurance SOV #99) at Chennault WTP (1501 W. Main Street). Remove and Replace Fiberglass Enclosure. Furnish and Install Electrical Wiring/Conduit. Furnish and Install New Bulk Fill Line (2-Inch). Furnish and Install Duplex Metering Pump Skid. Furnish and Install Day Tank w/Transfer Pump. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Caustic Feed System: (Insurance SOV #110) at McNeese WTP (617 E. McNeese Street). Furnish and Install New Bulk Fill Line (2-Inch). Furnish and Install Day Tank w/Transfer Pump. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Chlorine Feed System: (Insurance SOV #112) at McNeese WTP (617 E. McNeese Street). Remove and Replace Fiberglass Enclosure. Remove and Replace Security Chains for Chlorine Cover. Fluoride Feed System: (Insurance SOV #113) at McNeese WTP (617 E. McNeese Street). Remove and Replace Fiberglass Enclosure. Re-termination of Damaged Electrical/Process Piping. Furnish and Install Duplex Metering Pump Skid. Furnish and Install Day Tank w/Transfer Pump. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Phosphate Feed System (Insurance SOV #114) at McNeese WTP (617 E. McNeese Street). Remove and Replace Fiberglass Enclosure. Re-termination of Damaged Electrical/Process Piping. Furnish and Install Duplex Metering Pump Skid. Furnish and Install Day Tank w/Transfer Pump. Remove and Replace Bulk Storage Tank. Work shall be completed within 120 Calendar Days. Insurance Required. Bonds.
