Description
Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to safely demo sections of Transit Shed 7 as detailed in the scope of work and attached documents. All material requirements, specifications, and connections shall be field verified by the contractor prior to replacement/installation. For the duration of the project, the contractor will be responsible to keep work related debris, materials and equipment positioned in the work area in a manner that does not interfere with the operations of POLC or the Port’s tenants. Work shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days. Insurance Required. Bonds.
