Description
The work considered under this contract shall include the furnishing of all material, labor, supervision, tools, and services for and incidental to the improvements proposed by this contract This project consists of the construction of new 12” ductile iron waterline and appurtenances to close loop the existing waterline along Bainbridge Rd. and Chagrin Rd. The proposed waterline will be routed along the south side of Bainbridge Rd., west side of Chillicothe Rd (SR 306) and the south side of Chagrin Rd. A PRV valve and vault will also be installed on Bainbridge Rd. All work shall comply with the plans, specifications and industry standards. Waterlines shall be successfully pressure tested, disinfected and approved prior to the Owner taking possession. This project includes all surface restoration (pavement, drives, and lawn areas). No water services will be installed as part of this project. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply
