Renovation of the Texas and Pacific Railroad Depot. Natchitoches, LA

Work of the Project includes the renovation of the historic Texas and Pacific Railroad Depot on Depot St., Natchitoches, LA into offices and Public Spaces with exhibits for the National Park Service, tenant of the City of Natchitoches. Existing Building contains approximately 5,000 square feet. of heated and cooled area. 2. The partial basement is 350 square feet, with approximately 250 linear feet of 4’ x 4’utility chases. The existing construction consists of a masonry structure with wood framed roof structure. Floors are patterned concrete, and the walls are typically glazed brick with plaster above. Ceilings are plaster over metal lath in the main areas and tongue and groove wood in the former freight area. Much of the original ceilings have fallen. Perform Work of the Contract under a stipulated sum contract with the Owner in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. Work shall be completed within 135 Calendar Days. Insurance Required. Bonds.
