Location is Jordan Downs Area H2A and H2B/3B at 2250 E 97th St., Los Angeles CA 90002. Dreyfuss Construction is seeking two separate proposals for the following areas. Submit proposals to Billy Valencia. RFI's due not later than 8/18/21. Both sites will be cleared of all existing structures and appurtenances, delivered in a clean and buildable condition prior to Developer taking possession of the site. Area H2A. It is a 1.2-acre vacant site located west of Laurel Street and between 97th Street and 99th Place. It will consist of 76 affordable housing units. Two building structures providing 76 residential units: 55 units on a single level at-grade Type I-A podium with 3 floors of Type V-A construction above and one 3-story walk-up building with 21 units. Projected start is February 2022. Area H2B/3B It is located on a 1.989-acre vacant site located directly west of Area H2A and west of the new Kalmia Street between 97th Street and 99th Place. It will consist of 119 affordable housing units. Four building structures providing 119 residential units: 77 units on a single level at-grade Type I-A podium with 3 floors of Type V-A construction above and two 3-story walk-up buildings with 21 units each. Projected start is August 2022.
