Description
All work required to complete the Roof Replacement, Wall Panel and Retro-fit
Framing and associated siding, gutters, and downspouts. Specifically, work includes all
demolition of existing metal roof, framing, insulation, existing flat roof and a portion of
damaged metal/wood decking. Contractor is to install new wood deck as required, retro-fit
framing for a sloped metal roof, insulation , and new “R” panel galve-aluminum roofing
panels. Also to be installed are metal siding, fascia, soffits, gutter, and downspouts. Work shall be completed within 135 Consecutive Calendar Days. Insurance Required. Bonds.
