Description
The project begins on Huntington Ave at Cowlitz View Dr and proceeds east across the I-5 overpass, terminating at the intersection of Mt. St. Helens Way and Old Pacific Hwy/Dougherty Dr NE. Improvements west of the I-5 southbound on/off ramps consists of restriping the existing roadway to provide a 6 foot wide shoulder adjacent to the westbound lane, constructing a pedestrian relief island and relocating pedestrian push buttons and associated crosswalks. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
