Description
The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, means, and insurances as required to clean all brick paver sidewalk throughout the exterior of the building, repair/replace damaged brick paver sidewalk, and seal brick paver sidewalk at the Data Center, 108 Carroll St, Annapolis, MD 21411. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the start date of the contract. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/6/21. Bonds required.
