The Work included in this Project consists of the construction of a new police facility for the Town of Chino Valley, located at 202 North State Route 89, Chino Valley, Arizona. Construction work, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the construction of a new 2 story, 16,000 SF police facility, ground up construction to include concrete, masonry, steel framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site utility and drainage work. Deadline for questions is September 20, 2021 by 5:00pm. Bonds
