"Clean-up and removal of overgrowth will include the following: • Removal of weeds, brush and overgrowth in vacant lots and side yards • Clean –up of debris and any additional unsightly overgrowth • Remove all littler and debris from area. If rubbish, junk and/or debris on property or in overgrowth cannot be cleared, efforts can be coordinated with the city Clean Toledo Team for removal. • Ensure brush and overgrowth is away from walkways • Please provide before and after photos of each property • Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials needed to complete the scope of work as specified herein. • Contractor is to ensure proper safety equipment is used at all times • Coordination with Toledo Police will be available for access to various properties when need be. 1 year contract with the option to renew 1 additional year.
