Description
The work shall consist of, but not limited to the new construction of a new 2-story academic
building at the Elk Grove Center. The building will be constructed using type IIB
construction and will house A and B occupancies. Associated landscaping, utilities, and civil
work is included in the scope of work. There are five alternates to this bid. Time to complete is 490 days. Questions due 8/25/21.
