Description

Work under this contract requires a contractor to provide labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the repairs and maintenance of boilers throughout city-owned buildings. The term of this contract shall be three years. All bid prices must remain firm for the three-year contract term. Bidders must be certified by DCAMM as a Prime/General Contractor in Mechanical Systems to be considered an eligible bidder. A Certificate of Eligibility must be submitted with your bid. Deadline for questions is August 19, 2021 by 3:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
