Scope of work includes the Roofing replacement of the Julia F. Callahan Elementary School. The work includes the removal and disposal of the existing single-ply self adhered EPDM insulated roofing system and installation of new single-ply self adhered EPDM insulated roofing system and associated flashing work. General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, Roofing and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. `
