Description
The work to be performed consists of developing Matsui Park Access (Area), located at 450 Jibboom Street. The improvements will consist of development of 0.34 +/- acres of grading, concrete walls, irrigation, planting, concrete walkways, decorative railing, and other site amenities. Project duration is 80 working days for construction plus 90 calendar days for plant establishment. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on Sept 8th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE (M/WBE) GFE required.
