Description
The City of Troy will be selecting one (1) contractor to: provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work described in the specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: work zone traffic control, cold milling of existing asphalt pavement, adjustment of manholes, catch basins, and valve boxes as required, surface cleaning and paving preparation, installation of new asphalt pavement, roadway striping, installation of pedestrian ramps, resetting of curbing, and related site restoration work. Project location: various streets, currently estimated to be 7.23 miles. The work will be substantially completed by October 31, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment by December 31, 2022. Deadline for questions is August 26, 2021 by 2:00pm. Bonds and prevailing wages
