Description
Total Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Contractor shall provide pricing to remove and replace existing Hydrotherm KN-10 cast iron natural gas-fired condensing hot water boiler with one of like capacity in Bldg 3. All unions/fitting connected directly to the boiler must be replaced. Removed boiler shall be properly disposed of by the contractor. Photos of the nameplate and existing unit are in the appendix at the end of the SOW. Bonds, insurance & prevailing min wages apply
