Description
Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 561730 - Landscaping Services. Contractor shall remove debris from specified 43 acre area located at 16 Skytop Road in Ipswich, Ma. In addition to removal of all debris found, the Contractor shall bush whack area to remove tall standing grass and bushes, mow the area, remove grass clippings from area, check area after mowing for any previously unlocated debris and remove anything found, and remove debris from wooded area. Contractor is required to ensure that the culturally sensitive resource area is appropriately staked in accordance with the Archaeological Protection Plan (APP) prior to the initiation of any other work. 90 days Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
