Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to repair Building 402, 45 SW-JA Relocation. Renovate and build an addition to Bldg 402 to include all building systems, finishes, lighting, HVAC, restrooms, break room and administrative areas. This scope includes a new courtroom and associated judges chambers, jury room and other spaces as required to comply with FC 4-610-04F Air Force Legal Facilities.
