The Project is located at the Alfredo Gonzalez Texas State Veterans Home, 310 East Yuma Avenue, McAllen, Texas, 78503; and at the Ambrosio Guillen Texas State Veterans Home,
9650 Kenworthy Street, El Paso, Texas 79924. A full description of the Project including
detailed drawings, specifications and other contract documents may be found in the Project
Manual included in the Construction Documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
