(951-684-5901 ext. 209; [email protected]) ("General Contractors"). Is requesting subcontractor bids to the general contractors for the Lakewood High School Gym HVAC project. The project consists of the renovation of the existing gymnasium building; including but not limited to, the renovation of the gymnasium building's interiors, fire alarm, mechanical and plumbing systems, interior lighting, audiovisual systems, new tactile signage, window replacement, accessibility upgrades and associated site work per the contract documents. Contact each of the above listed General Contractors for information regarding this project; Pre-Bid Conference, Specifications/Drawing, Time/Date and Place for receipt of bids and other information. All MEP subcontractors are required to be prequalified per PCC 20111.6. Prequalification applications are to be submitted to www.QualityBidders.com ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. Subcontractors must comply with general prevailing rates (PCC 1720 et seq.) and shall be registered with the DIR.CA.gov prior to submitting a bid (CA Labor Code 1725.5).
