Long Pond Gazebo Project, North Castle, NY

The project will consist of a renovation/repair of the gazebo located on Long Pond. The successful bidder will furnish all material and labor for the project. Scope of Work: The bidder will: remove the roof, reframe the roof structure, replace all plywood. (pressure treated wood), install water and ice shield, including felt paper where required, provide and install red cedar roof shingles with roof breather, replace all rotten wood structure (pressure treated wood), save and reinstall decorative hardware on the top of the gazebo, install new Azek (or similar) columns, install Azek (or similar) face boards and soffits, replace all railings and spindles with similar, and prepare all wood structure and paint. Successful bidder must put in place protections to prevent material from falling into Long Pond. Bidder must also remove garbage daily from the site.
