Homelessness Encampment & Illegal Dumping Cleanup Program, Gilroy, CA

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire a contractor who can provide turnkey homeless encampment and illegal dumping site cleanup and support services for a safe and clean site by removing large items, biohazardous material and other illegally dumped and encampment waste material and as needed site services. All work will be conducted as needed Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm excluding holidays. The services required are on an on-call basis but would be scheduled with advanced notice. The City anticipates cleanups to occur weekly, however, this may increase or decrease based on the City’s needs. The successful Contractor will be expected to enter into the City’s standard agreement included as an attachment to this solicitation.
