Description
Major components of Project Work consist of Demolition of chillers, cooling towers and all components, demolition of two boiler systems, two multizone units located in mechanical rooms 1 & 2, and other related demolition, installation of one new air cooled chiller on the roof, installation of two new boiler systems, two new multizone units, new building equipment controls, provide power and controls wiring to all mechanical equipment and devices, installation of new curb, structural anchorage for mechanical equipment, patch roof at installation of new mechanical equipment. Cast in place concrete, electrical raceway, wiring, cable, panelboards, and related work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is 274 calendar days.
