Description
The scope of the work includes: masonry restoration, including but not limited to cutting and pointing of stonework, selective rebuilding of stonework, crack injection. Cutting and pointing of interior brickwork, selective replacement of sheet metal flashings, replacement of asphalt shingle roof with new slate roof, with associated metal flashings, restoration of clock faces, windows, and weathervane, and installation of new steel tension frames at tower interior. General bidders must be DCAMM certified in the category “Historical Masonry”. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified in their respective trades. All bids must include a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Update Statement. Sub bids will be received until August 26, 2021 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include Roofing.
