Description
Washington County is seeking bids for the Aloha Inn Permanent Supportive Housing Project. This project consists of the conversion of existing 3-story, 52 room hotel into 54 units of permanent supportive housing. Upgrades include the addition of kitchens in units, the addition of code compliant ventilation, restroom accessibility upgrades, common area space changes and finish upgrades, and enclosure of an existing breezeway/portico space under the building. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
