Description
Sealed bids are invited for the replacement of the Culpeper District Office Building HVAC system at 1601 Orange Road, Culpeper, Virginia 22701. The project is generally described as the complete removal and replacement of the existing HVAC systems serving the Administration Building, approximately 18,500 SF. The work also includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of ceilings, including temporary removal and reinstallation or demolition and replacement of lighting fixtures in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Q*A due 6 days prior to bid. SBE documentation required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
