Poinciana Service Area Utility Construction Neighborhood 2, Village 7, Osceola County, FL

The work to be done includes furnishing all labor, equipement and materials necessary to: Construct approximately 11,110 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary gravity main, 57 sanitary manholes, 35 single sanitary laterals, 60 double sanitary laterals and equip an existing lift station with a second pump and guide rail system. The project also includes the construction of approximately 10,356 lineal feet of 8-inch potable water main, 26 single residential services, 59 double residential services, 20 fire hydrants and the usual appurtenances. The work will be completed within an existing platted residential development which will require extensive roadway open cuts, repairs, asphalt overlay and right-of-way restoration. Bonds Required.
