Description
The Project consists of: the replacement of selective exterior windows at 4 existing residential buildings, which are of similar layout (3 buildings are in the base bid and 1
building is an add alternate). The 4 residential building are located on the same housing
authority site. Each building consists of 24 living units. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing and installation of new energy efficient windows, associated flashing and sealant, interior trim, and blinds. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
