Description
Base Bid: The project is the demolition of an existing 702 square-foot, single story ranger station and construction of a new 990 square-foot building in its place. Demolition will require limited asbestos removal and typical site clearing. The new building will include a lobby, small exhibit space, a small office space, storage, a restroom, and a small kitchen. No changes to access to the park or the ranger station are included. Construction equipment and materials will be staged in the existing paved parking area. Additive Alternate 1: Construction of terrarium (see plans). Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
