Potable Reuse Demo Facility Project - HVAC/Mechanical, South Jordan UT

The City of South Jordan invites bidders to bid on the HVAC / Mechanical work for the Direct Potable Reuse Demonstration Facility Project. The location of the work is in Riverton City at the Jordan Basin Water Reclamation Facility (JBWRF) which is owned and operated by the South Valley Sewer District. This Work will condition a future use room inside the Thermal Drying Building for South Jordan City piloting use. The room has existing wall louvers, wall penetration for air supply ductwork and two gas-fired unit heaters. The scope of work includes supply and installation of mechanical HVAC make-up-air handling unit, air supply and exhaust ducting and all associated work, including related cast-in-place concrete equipment pad, plumbing, electrical power and controls. Other work items include the purchase and supply of certain pilot equipment for installation by others and installation of primary electrical wiring and power distribution panels. Preparation of shop drawing submittals and required fabrication drawings, preparation of critical path schedules and coordination of work with JBWRF staff. Furnishing and Installation of all Materials; All Labor, Supplies, Tools, Equipment, Parts, Rentals, Fuels, Utilities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, Mobilization and all other Costs including Overhead and Profit.
