Description
The project scope of work is as follows, but not limited to the following: partial demolition of walls/floor/ceiling/partitions, mechanical/electrical system, and bathrooms, installation of new walls/floors/ceilings/partitions, painting, doors refurbishing with new hardware, new lighting system, Fire Alarm system, and new electrical and HVAC system, new ADA bathroom, new HVAC to be tied into the building exiting BMS system. The new lighting system to be tied into the building lighting control system, and the new Fire Alarm system to be tied into the building main FA control panel, and associated asbestos abatement. -Entire workspace is approximately 18,000 SF.
