Demolition of Building Improvements, 143 & 149 N. East St, Crown Point, IN

The City of Crown Point, Indiana through its Board of Public Works and Safety (“City”) is requesting proposals for the demolition of the building improvements located at 143 and 149 N. East Street, Crown Point, IN 46307. Contractors providing proposals for the project shall include: Coordination and disconnection of all utilities; demolish, remove and properly dispose of all building and foundation materials to be removed at least two feet below level grade and provide written proof of proper disposal of all materials; properly grade soil to be brought to level grade with surrounding elevations. All Proposals must provide a total project cost for completion of the work on a standard proposal form. Proposers are invited to submit additional information and qualifications defining the detail of its proposal.
