Description
This project, generally described, will reconstruct State Route 4 from 0.1 mile west of Bonanza Mine Way to 0.2 miles west of Appaloosa Road, a distance of approximately 3.0 miles. The existing 2-lane conventional highway will be replaced with a 2-lane access-controlled expressway. The project includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, roadway structural section, asphalt concrete dike, guardrail, drainage improvements, creek realignment, fencing, signing and pavement delineation. Complete the work within a total of 400 working days. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM on Sept 20th. Subject to Buy America provisions. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
