Description
ELS Construction is seeking subcontracting bids for 69,712 Sf tenant improvements at Academy #61, 800 South Clearview Parkway, Harahan LA 70123 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Corner Guards, Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, Electrical, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Flooring (Includes VCT, Carpet), Glass & Mirrors, Painting. All proposals should be sent to [email protected]. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.
