ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for construction of 71,119 SF at Academy #158, 1150 Genie Lane, Smyrna TN 37167 for the following trades: Final Clean (Bathrooms & High Dusting Only), Demolition of Golf & Archery Room, Carpentry, Fixturing, Doors & Hardware, Replace ADA Mirror, Drywall, Carpet Flooring, VCT, Interior Painting, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Sprinkler & Fire Alarm. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.
