ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for ground-up construction of 638 SF at Scooter's Coffee, 702 E Jackson Street, Hugo, Ok 74743 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Concrete Flooring (Includes Epoxy), Concrete, Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Earthwork / Excavation / Site Work ,Electrical, Erosion Control / SWPPP, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Flagpoles, Glass & Mirrors, HVAC, Lab / Materials Testing, Landscaping / Irrigation, Lumber, Masonry, Painting, Plumbing, Roofing, Roof - Sheet Metal, Site Utilities / Underground Utilities, Striping, Surveying, Temporary Fencing, Tinting, Toilet Accessories.
