Description
Maintenance coverage shall include preventive services, emergency callback services, inspection and testing services and/or direct replacement component renew procedures. Contractor shall service and maintain the elevators at the locations specified in contract documents and keep the elevators in safe operating condition 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including Holidays. Bonds and Insurance.
