This project is the addition of bike lanes and construction of trail segment and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 0940, Section 000, in Monroe County Tobyhanna Township from approximately Tobyhanna Creek at segment 0340 offset 1905 to approximately SR 0940 at segment 0350 offset 3017 on SR 0115, and from approximately SR 0115 at segment 0020 offset 2547 to approximately FedEx Drive at segment 0250 offset 2637 on SR 0940, and trail segment from approximately Panther Lane at station 0+00 to approximately SR 4004 at station 83+33. DBE goal 6%. Prequalification required. Prevailing wages apply.
