Description
The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Commerce Road Improvements project (UPC-15958) to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to replacement of the existing vehicle bridge over Goodes Creek, installation of a utility bridge, roadway widening, pavement overlay and pavement improvements, raised medians, underground detention basins, sidewalks, traffic signalization, concrete curbs, guard rail, storm drainage improvements, erosion and sediment control, street lighting, water and sewer utility improvements and adjustments, pavement markings and signage along Commerce Road from Bellemeade Road to Bells Road (South Intersection); along Deepwater Terminal Connector Road to CSXT RR; and along Bells Connector Road to CSXT RR. DBE goal 12%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
