Description
The work involves performing concrete repairs within the pools, replacing the expansion joints, cleaning the wave pool gutters, installing new drainage provisions, restoring bearing conditions in the play pool, replacing waterline tile, and applying new finishes within the pools. The work will include the following items and is expected to be performed in two (2) separate phases over two (2) years. Bonds may be required.
