Resurface on Rte. BB from Rte. 8 to the end of state maintenance, on Rte. UU from I-44 south outer road to the end of state maintenance, on I-44 south outer road from Rte. ZZ to the Crawford County line and Rte. KK in Phelps County from Rte. 8 to the Crawford County line, the total length of improvement being 17.549 miles. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE goal is 9 percent.
