Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is for the repair and restoration of exterior brick walls at the Delmarva Discovery Museum, located at 2 Market Street, Pocomoke City, MD 21851 and to repair damage and seal coat exterior brick. Scope of Work: (Bids for only masonry work or only carpentry work WILL be considered) Restoration and reconditioning of several areas on the exterior and interior of the Delmarva Discovery Museum in Pocomoke City, MD. Approximately 65' of cornice and overhang to be rebuilt. To include masonry, point work, carpentry, trim work, flashing and water-proofing. Approximately 220' of side / back walls in need of masonry, point work, carpentry, trim work, flashing and water-proofing. Repair and water-proofing of the guttering, downspout and scupper fixtures. Masonry work around all scupper heads (11 Total).
